A bit wild on the West Coast!! The kids just LOVED the beach, regardless of the weather. They didn't want to come home and were pretty peeved when we suggested it!!

Craig bought a coffee at the beach (??!) and fed the froth to the kids - mmmmm......

It was pretty wild and murky out there but we were snuggled up in the boot of the car!

Hi all. It's labour weekend and we hadn't done much over the weekend so thought it was time we went to the beach. We weren't going to let the rain spoil our day so we rugged up and put our wet weather gear on and set off to pick up some chips

I think this picture says it all!! The kids had a great day and were completely worn out (just what mum and dad wanted!!).

I can't believe we've survived parenthood past three years!!

The party was drawing to a close but not before we had a 'LOLLY SCRAMBLE'!! For those Brits reading this blog, Lollies are sweeties! All the kids (and some adults) had lots of fun picking up the lollies - from the grass!! : )

After the cake, everyone 'followed the farmer' (Craig!) around the fields! As you can see from this picture, the 'farmer' is somewhat in the distance with the children all running for the hills!!

I really enjoyed cutting the cake with my 'babies'. They did a great job!

Fin blew the '3' candle out but Jess had a few problems so I gave her a helping hand.

Ok so we're celebrating the children's birthday one day early but 16th October falls on a Monday and it's Mummy's day of rest/daycare on Monday!!

It's also much better to have a birthday party on a weekend.

So, the day started off with us getting up at 8.45am (not sure that will happen next year!) and opening presents.......

It's been a while since I've updated the blog and as we've just come back from celebrating Jess & Fin's 3rd Birthday (I know!! I can't believe they are three either!), I thought that I'd load the pics from the party. But, before that, I thought that I'd post some recent pics.
